Merry Christmas!

2nd Grade

This cute boy started 2nd grade a few weeks ago and he is loving it!  

Summer so far...

8 years old!

We can't believe Jett is 8 years old!  He is FULL of personality!  He is still tall and skinny.  He is going nonstop from morning until night.  

He is doing so well in school.  He is reading at a 4th grade level and has even been nominated for the enrichment program at school!  We are so proud of him!  

He continues to LOVE to draw.  He is always carrying around his pencil and clipboard so he can draw when we go to the store, church, school...everywhere. 

He has a new love for Legos.  He has a birthday party with his friends this week and he is SO excited!  

He has a HUGE love for soccer.  He just tried out for a club team and can't wait to get started.  

He played his his piano recital on his birthday.  He got to dress up like Mickey Mouse since that was his song.  He was so cute!

We had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying our time off together.  Jett still lives to draw and is finding a live for basketball.  Here is his drawing of LeBron James.  He's talented.

Jett has fallen in love with the Magic Tree House series.  It's so fun to listen to him read.
